First peal of Grandsire Caters for all except the conductor.
First peal of Caters to be rung in the Hereford Diocese by a local band.
The composition contains all the possible 6,9,7,8's in the first part and
7,6,9,8's in the last part.
This peal was rung on the day of the
annual dinner, all the ringers being local Sunday service ringers;
also to celebrate the silver wedding of Mr & Mrs R Jones,
Mr
Jones having been a member of Coalbrookdale band for nearly 40 years.
